Test Description:KRAS is commonly mutated and thereby activated in various human cancers, including lung adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenoma, ductal carcinoma of the pancreas, and colorectal carcinoma. KRAS mutation status can predict which patient may or may not benefit from anti-EGFR therapy.
Methodology:PCR-Sanger sequencing analysis of mutations in exons 2-4 of the KRAS and exons 2-4 of the NRAS genes
