Test Description:This panel identifies EGFR mutations (point mutations, insertions and deletions) in exons 18, 19, 20 and 21; ALK and ROS1 gene rearrangements as molecular biomarkers of non-small cell lung cancer for targeted therapies.
Methodology:- PCR-Sanger sequencing analysis of mutations in exons 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the EGFR gene
